At Sycamore, all of our 2nd through 6th grade teachers have been AVID trained in strategies that engage students in deeper learning and focus on achievement now and in the future. As an entire school staff, we are working together to spread these strategies to all of our grade levels so that students can benefit from these practices beginning in Kindergarten all the way through 6th grade and beyond.
