OUSD Independent Study Enrollment Process
STEPS FOR ENROLLMENT FOR CURRENT OUSD STUDENTS
1. Contact your school of residence counselor to submit a referral to our office
2. Once the referral has been submitted by your counselor, our office will follow up with families on eligibility status and if approved, we will provide you with the enrollment procedures
3. Enrollment documentation to bring to the orientation registration day:
- Age Verification (Certified Birth Record, Duly Attested Baptism Certificate, Passport, County Registrar or Recorder Statement, Affidavit by the Parent/Guardian or Other)
- Immunization Records
- Proof of Residence

1. Contact our office at (714) 628-5479
2. Once the referral has been reviewed, our office will follow up with families on eligibility status and if approved, we will provide you with the enrollment procedures
3. Enrollment documentation to bring to the orientation registration day:
