Health Office Services

If your child becomes injured or ill at school, he/she needs to immediately tell the classroom teacher or teacher on duty.  Your child will be sent to the office, and you may be contacted to pick your child up from school.

Medication:

Medication should be taken at home with a parent or adult supervision.  Prescriptive and non-prescriptive medication may be taken at school only under adult supervision by an authorized school personnel.  Any mediation that is required to be administered at school must have a doctor's form with signature and stamp and every student must have an OVER-THE-COUNTER form filled out and signed on file.   Students are not allowed to carry prescription or over the counter medication at school on their own.   Under unforeseen circumstances, parents are allowed to provide and administer the medication directly to their child.
