Child Abuse Reporting
If you have an emergency, please call 911.
Child abuse reporting is to be completed (1) by making a direct telephone contact with "Child Protective Services" at 714-940-1000 or 800-207-4464 (24-hour hotline, 7 days a week) within 24 hours, (2) by completing the "Child Abuse Reporting Form." The form is on the website and if you cannot download, Child Protective Services will email the form directly to you at the time of the report by the case worker receiving your call and (3) fax the completed "Child Abuse Reporting Form" to Child Protective Services at (714) 938-0289 as soon as possible/within three days.

OCLinks is an information and referral phone and online chat service to help navigate the Behavioral Health Services (BHS) system within the Health Care Agency for the County of Orange. Callers are connected to clinical Navigators who are knowledgeable in every program within the BHS system. This includes children and adult mental health, alcohol and drug inpatient and outpatient programs, crisis services, and prevention/early intervention programs.
