Attendance
Student attendance is crucial to student learning!
Fletcher Academy asks that parents stress the importance of good attendance from the first day of TK and Kindergarten. Instruction begins promptly at 8:15am for ALL STUDENTS, and those entering after that time will be marked tardy.
THIS YEAR, BOTH FRONT AND BACK GATES WILL CLOSE AT 8:15am. To ensure your child is on time, we suggest drop off be no later than 8:12. This will give your child time to walk through the gates and get to their lines by 8:15.
When students enter class late, it is often difficult for them to get started and feel included in the rest of the class. Please help your child arrive on time by setting an early bedtime, having an evening and morning routine, setting out clothes the night before and even including your child in packing a snack and/or lunch. Early habits formed will assist your child to be successful in school and beyond! *Breakfast is served daily beginning at 7:45am!
