TK-12 Open Enrollment INFORMATION AND PROCESSES
for the 2026-2027 school year
Open Enrollment is for students who would like to attend a school other than their school of residence. You may find your school of residence by clicking on the link below:
Open Enrollment After February 2, 2026
Applications after the closing date will continue throughout the 2025-2026 school year. Students will be added to the waitlist and be processed as openings are available. The Open Enrollment forms are submitted directly to the school site of choice. Please follow up with the school site office for receipt status. School sites will have computers available for your convenience. Fill out your online application and submit one application per school site.

McPherson Magnet School
McPherson Magnet School, an OUSD K-8 Magnet School, is open to all OUSD resident students (should you qualify for the Allen Bill - employee related interdistrict transfers - you must first obtain a release from your district of residence. The release must be taken to the principal of McPherson Magnet School prior to the lottery orientation. Students interested in attending McPherson Magnet School must participate in a lottery. In order to participate in the lottery at McPherson Magnet School (K-8), families will need to attend one of the orientation meetings at McPherson Magnet School.
