Mission and Vision
MISSION: Identify long-term demographic trends, assess current facilities conditions and envision educational program opportunities in order to develop strategies that address these needs, and their impact to facilities, in a comprehensive and thoughtful manner.
VISION: The Facilities Master Plan Committee (FMPC) will assist in developing the broad visioning concepts, guiding principle themes, input on the conceptual school site master plans and prioritization of proposed projects to bring forward to the Board of Trustees as a recommendation. The FMPC group consists of a broad representation of key stakeholders in the District and local community. Members will be responsible for being an advocate for their particular expertise and interest.
