OUSD Induction provides novice educators and administrators with two-years of job embedded teaching and leadership development directed toward meeting the twenty-first century needs of the diverse student groups within the district. One of the hallmarks of this program is offering a personalized approach based upon individual teacher and administrator needs. Extensive training prepares program mentors with tools to successfully provide “just in time” support for all program participants. This “just in time” support means that all teachers and administrators receive guidance and assistance right when they need it!
Upon satisfactory completion of all program requirements, candidates will be recommended for the appropriate credential to the State of California!
