Yes. RIASEC was developed by Dr. John Holland and is widely used in education and career counseling to guide exploration and decision-making.
10. How will RIASEC connect to future opportunities in OUSD?
RIASEC helps students see connections between their personal interests, connecting them with clubs, academic teams, career technical student organization, and Career Technical Education Pathways, preparing them for internships, certifications, college, and careers.
