CTSOs

CTSO’s are vocational organizations  offered through CTE programs at the high schools in OUSD. The following CTSO’s are recognized by Carl D. Perkins: Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Future Farmers of America (FFA), Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA), and Skills USA.  

Student Organizations

SkillsUSA
SkillsUSA is a national student organization for industrial and technical education programs.

Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA)
A student organization whose mission is to promote career opportunities in health care and to enhance the delivery of quality health care to all people.

Future Farmers of America (FFA)
FFA is a national student organization for agriculture education students in grades 9–12.

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) 
FBLA is a student organization for student leaders preparing for careers in business.

Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA)
DECA is a not-for-profit career and technical student organization (CTSO).

Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) 
FCCLA is a Career and Technical Student Organization that functions as a part of the Family and Consumer Sciences education curriculum and operates within the school system.
