Cambridge Elementary is proud to offer high quality academic programs that give all of our students access to a variety of academic opportunities. Students have opportunities for enrichment in the arts and STEM education as well as timely supports in a variety of subject areas. Some of these opportunities are:

AVID: Advancement via Individual Determination is a systematic approach to helping all students be college and career ready. Our teachers are AVID trained, and continue to grow in their use of AVID in the classroom.

STEM: Our school offers a variety of STEM activities during the school day, including our STEM lab, Legos in the classroom, and an after-school VEX robotics team.

VAPA: Visual and performing arts teachers come onto campus twice a week to offer a variety of opportunities for students to learn and develop skills in the arts. This program is currently offered for our 5th and 6th graders only.

Lunchtime Clubs: (more info coming soon)

ASES Campfire: (more info coming soon)

Sports for Learning: Once a week, trained coaches will visit campus and work with all of our students to help develop athletic and social emotional skills.

Cambridge Cubs R.O.C.K. is our PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) program that focuses on supporting students in developing common values and demonstrating them across campus. It is a character education program and will be connected to a variety of assemblies and in class learning activities.
