“YOU’VE GOT THE EDGE” Employee of the Month Recognition program has been designed with the District’s Core Values in mind. This program encourages outstanding customer service in the workplace in fulfillment of the District’s new Strategic Plan. It increases awareness of the goals and values as well as the importance and significance of outstanding performance.
Certificated and Classified employees who have been nominated by their peers, co-workers, and/or supervisors are selected for exemplifying the following core values:

Allison Rudd, 4th Grade Teacher at California iInspire Academy
California Principal Misty Brunasso had this to say about Allison:
“Allison Rudd is beginning her 22nd year at California ilnspire Academy. Ms. Rudd is one of those teachers you come across once in a great while. Allison gets to know every student in her class as a whole person. She can see exactly what each child brings to the community, and her whole teaching approach involves finding and using children's unique strengths to help them. At the same time, Allison has strong academic expectations and shows her students daily that she believes they can succeed. We are so proud to be represented by Allison Rudd as Employee of the Month! Go Bears!
