Libbie has been dedicated to serving the community of Orange Unified School District for over 30 years and has been an immense support through her vast knowledge base of categorical programs and Orange Unified policies and procedures, but also her sincere commitment to ensure all facets of her job are completed efficiently and to a high caliber. Libbie also has great strength in working with all our stakeholders in a respectful manner. She eagerly offers her support to any staff member seeking help in the complicated world of compliance. Libbie is also viewed and valued as being a caring team member and leader within our department. After 30 years, her extensive knowledge of the system of compliance, state and federal budgets, and accountability will be sorely missed! Her presence in our department provides comfort, support and daily doses of laughter that will be missed. Without fail during her entire tenure at her position, Libbie has consistently exemplified our newly established core values of Integrity, Excellence, Equity, and Respect, without even knowing it.
