The Orange Unified School District's 2026 Exposition of the Arts once again showcased the extraordinary creativity, talent, and artistic achievement of students from across the district. Held on May 28 and 29, 2026 at the Orange Unified School District Board Rooms, this year's exhibition featured artwork from students in grades 5-12 inspired by the theme, "The Unseen World."
Visitors were treated to an impressive collection of student work spanning a wide range of artistic media, including drawing, painting, photography, ceramics, digital art, mixed media, and more. The showcase highlighted not only students' artistic skills, but also their unique perspectives, creativity, and dedication to their craft.
A special highlight of the event was the participation of community leaders, district staff, and educational partners who served as judges and presenters for a variety of awards. Judges consistently remarked on the exceptional quality of the artwork and the challenge of selecting winners among so many outstanding entries. Awards were presented across grade levels and artistic categories, along with several special recognitions, including two Mayoral Awards, the Superintendent's Award, Community Award, and the new OUSD District Award.
The public gallery event welcomed students, families, staff, and community members to celebrate the accomplishments of OUSD's young artists. Throughout the evening, attendees had the opportunity to view the exhibition, connect with one another, and recognize the incredible talent represented across the district's schools.
