Holguin’s extensive background includes serving as the associate superintendent of business and personnel services at Bellflower Unified, where she garnered acclaim for her strategic leadership and financial acumen. Her diverse experience encompasses roles as a teacher, site administrator, district office administrator, and Chief Business Officer (CBO).

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Holguin possesses the invaluable ability to foster inclusivity within our educational communities. Her proficiency in financial oversight and management extends across various departments within business services, including nutritional services, facilities, maintenance and operations, payroll, and risk management.
