Earlier today, an accident took place in a construction zone at Villa Park High School. While no students and staff were involved or injured, we are deeply saddened to share that we have been notified by authorities that one individual was transported to a local trauma center, and another was pronounced deceased.

Our thoughts are with those affected by this heartbreaking accident. As always, counselors are available on campus for any students or staff members who may need their services.

We thank our partners at Orange County Fire Authority and Orange County Sheriff’s Department for their quick response and support during this tragic time.

Hoy temprano, hubo un accidente en una zona de construcción en Villa Park High School. No hubo estudiantes ni miembros del personal involucrados ni heridos, nos entristece profundamente compartir que las autoridades nos notificaron que una persona fue trasladada a un centro de traumatología local y que otro fue declarado muerto.

Nuestros pensamientos están con los afectados por este desgarrador accidente. Como siempre, los consejeros están disponibles en el campus para cualquier estudiante o miembro del personal que pueda necesitar sus servicios.
