Update Regarding the Board of Education | Actualización sobre el Consejo Directivo de Educación

On August 4, 2020, the Orange Unified School District Board of Education received a letter of resignation from Area 6 Trustee Brenda Lebsack. Trustee Lebsack recently relocated her residence and no longer resides within the boundaries of Trustee Area 6.  Her resignation was effective August 4, 2020.

The Board of Education thanks Trustee Lebsack for her service and wishes her well in future endeavors.

Pursuant to Board Bylaw 9223 and Education Code 5093, the Board of Education will not take action to fill this vacancy as the general election for Trustee Area 6 is less than four months away.


El 4 de agosto del 2020, La Mesa Directiva de Educación del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Orange recibió una carta de renuncia de la Fideicomisaria del Área 6, Brenda Lebsack. La Fideicomisaria Lebsack recientemente reubicó su residencia y ya no reside dentro de los límites del Área de Fideicomisario 6. Su renuncia fue efectiva el 4 de agosto del 2020.

La Mesa Directiva de Educación agradece a la Fideicomisaria Lebsack por su servicio y le desea lo mejor en futuros esfuerzos.
