#MeasureS Phase I Update

#MeasureS Phase I Update: The Measure S Citizen’s Oversight Committee (COC) toured Orange High's newly-constructed snack bar and bus drop off areas and observed the grading and shoring which is underway for the new Science Center. The next COC meeting will be held on July 17, 2019 at the District Office.

Canyon HS: Proposed bid award is scheduled for Board review on May 9, 2019.

El Modena HS: Ground investigation and trenching continues in anticipation of the grading activities, which will start on April 30.

Orange HS: Abatement of hazardous material, wrapped gas line, and other site preparation is now complete. Shoring activities are currently underway.

Villa Park HS: Abatement of lead and asbestos has been completed in the 300 Building at Villa Park HS. The 300 Building is scheduled for demolition from May 6-10. Demolition activities will be recorded by the Communications Lab and posted online for community members to watch.
