ORANGE, CA – February 23, 2018 – Each year, the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) statewide organization recognizes outstanding performance and achievement by individual administrators. This year Orange Unified School District is proud to announce two administrators have been recognized as administrators of the year for Orange County (Region 17): Celinna Pinelo and Joshua Holmes.
Celinna Pinelo is being recognized as 2018 ACSA Region 17 Secondary Co-Administrator of the Year. After joining OUSD in 2013, she currently serves as an Assistant Principal overseeing Curriculum and Instruction, CTE Program, and English Language Development at Orange High School. Celinna Pinelo influences student learning by providing a vision that creates a sense of shared purpose for staff. As an advocate for continuous professional growth in schools, Pinelo has been an asset to Orange High, helping to provide the optimum learning opportunities for both students and teachers alike. Additionally, she is an active member of ACSA.
