Lampson Elementary Teacher Recognized at LA Clippers Game

Orange, CA – November 2, 2018 – Lampson Elementary Kindergarten Teacher Deryk Rawalt was selected by his peers to be honored as part of LA Clippers Teacher Appreciation Night. As an honoree, he received two complimentary tickets to the game and participated in a pre-game recognition along with ten other teachers from the Los Angeles County area.  

“Lampson Elementary is fortunate to have a supportive community, incredible students, and excellent teachers who invest countless hours in our students,” said Lampson Principal Heriberto Angel.  “Mr. Rawalt is collaborative, patient, humorous, innovative, and completely dedicated to his students. He is well-respected by his peers and definitely a leader on our campus.”

Mr. Rawalt has taught at Lampson for the past 18 years.  Orange Unified joins Lampson Elementary in celebrating the recognition of his dedicated service our students.
