Melissa is quick to provide me with whatever backup documentation I am requesting from her. She always does so in a cheerful manner as well. Whenever I ask her to follow up on a list of PO’s, she personally walks over and gives me the status update in addition to emailing it to me to make sure I am kept well informed. I have also witnessed Melissa providing excellent customer service to one of her vendors. She went above and beyond to coordinate with other departments to ensure the PO would be increased in a timely manner. Melissa takes pride in her work and is committed to excellence. She also has wonderful communication skills and practices integrity. For these reasons and many more, I present this coin to Melissa. Congratulations, Melissa!
