Erin Rosselli, Principal at Panorama Elementary School was recognized with an EDGE Challenge Coin by Executive Director of Technology & Student Achievement, Dr. Christina Lin for exemplifying the district’s core values of Integrity, Equity, Respect, and Excellence, as well as her superior performance in aligning her actions to support the OUSD strategic plan on the Focus Area 1.0: Excellence in Academics and Leadership.

Dr. Lin shared the following comment about Mrs. Rosselli:

Being an educational leader in both of her roles as the coordinator of Student Achievement and the newly board-approved position as the principal of Panorama Elementary School, Mrs. Rosselli has effectively promoted the success of every child by facilitating collaborative discussions among various stakeholders to effectively implement a comprehensive action plan. She embraces a culture of developing the stewardship of a shared vision to result in strong commitment from all members. She continues to advocate and nurture a positive and productive educational environment to support the needs of our students both academically and social-emotionally, particularly during such unprecedented times due to the pandemic. Her vehement work ethic and passion for continuously providing high-quality education to increase student achievement are exceptional and admirable by other educators, including myself.

I appreciate all her dedication and the accomplishments she has brought to the student achievement department for the past five years. I am pleased to see her as a site administrator moving forward to support our OUSD staff and students. She embodies the values of the Orange Unified EDGE!

Thank you for your hard work and dedication! You truly embody the Orange Unified EDGE!
