PFSO is a parent organization dedicated to Villa Park High School.
The objectives of this organization shall be:

1. To bring into closer relationship the home and the school--that parents,
   guardians, faculty, classified staff and students may cooperate in the
   training of youth

2. To promote the welfare of youth through cooperation with the community and
   the home

3. To develop between educators and the general public, such united efforts as
   will secure for all youth the highest advantage in physical, mental and
   social education. 
   
   Some of the things that we do include:       
           Publish a monthly newsletter to every household
           Publish a student directory for PFSO members
           Facilitate the Science Fair
           Purchase supplies and equipment for faculty and staff
           Provide parents to chaperone dances
           Provide parents to help with registration
           Provide parents to help in the library and the annual health and vision screenings
           Provide monetary assistance to students with financial need
           Organize the Spartan Classic, the major fundraiser for many of the booster clubs
           Provide funds for school beautification (such as the murals)
           Provide scholarships to graduating seniors
           Recognize seniors with 4.0 averages
           Organize Grad Night Activities
           Organize Baccalaureate
           Facilitate the Medallion Dessert
