Welcome to Santiago Charter Middle School's Registration page. This year we have gone green with on-line registration forms. Hard copies will also be available in the office after August 4.

All pages of the registration packet are available below. There are two options to complete the forms:

The required forms can be printed, filled out in pen, and turned in on Registration Day.
The required forms can be filled out electronically (in *Adobe Reader) from the web page, printed and turned in on Registration Day.

Parent Volunteer Form & Eighth Grade Promotion Party

Life Touch Photos (if you are interested in purchasing photos)

Request for Parent Portal Account (if you do not have an account with OUSD)
