Ordering Transcripts
Order transcripts directly online from www.Docufide.com at a cost of $5 per transcript. Students who qualify for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program may request up to 4 transcripts without cost from OHS's Registrar. See Mrs. Perez in Room 300 to make an appointment.

Applications for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program are available in the Resource Office- Room 305 or in the cafeteria.
