SPIRIT WEEK!!!- Panthers, you last Spirit Week for the year is next week! Make it memorable and fun! MONDAY, no school! TUESDAY, tutu/neon day! WEDNESDAY, College day! THURSDAY, Tropical Thursdays! And FRIDAY is your Hello-Goodbye Assembly…Seniors wear orange, Juniors wear black, Sophomores wear white and Freshman wear green! Last Assembly for seniors and freshmen are now sophomores! You made it!!!

CONGRATULATIONS! – To your Panther Tennis team for winning the Golden West League Championship with a record of 17-wins and 3-losses. The team made it to the final 16 out of 125 teams. WOW!!! Great job guys!!!

SENIORS!!! – Time to get your tickets for Magic Mountain and the Senior Brunch! Remember, the last day to purchase these activities is THURSDAY, June 10^th – only 10 school days away! Permission slips must be completed and signed by your parent BEFORE you can buy your ticket. See Mrs. Mitchell TODAY in Room 300 to get your paperwork and purchase your tickets!

WOULD YOU LIKE A CAREER WORKING WITH CHILDREN? – ROP is offering Careers in Ed and Careers with Children next fall at OHS. Please see Mrs. Nieva in the library to enroll.

CHEER AND DANCE TEAM MEMBERS! – Your See’s candy money and orders are due by JUNE 1^st!!! That’s TUESDAY!

BBQ TODAY! – Get your burger hot off the grill with corn on the cob, fresh fruit, chips, cookie and water for only $5. This is a fundraiser for Grad Nite and this time there will be enough hamburgers for everyone who wants to buy one! See you all TODAY at the grill!!!

ATTN: ALL PANTHERS! – The yearbook class is holding a “2011 yearbook cover contest.” Express yourself in any art form and you could get your art on the cover of next years’ book and win a free yearbook! See Mr. Haug in Room 502 for details! Contest is open to ALL students, including seniors. Deadline is JUNE 11^th!

JOSTEN’S IS COMING!!! – Senior do you still need a Cap & Gown? Please visit Jostens next WEDNESDAY during lunch at the Student Center. Cap & Gown are $40. CASH ONLY!!! This will be your LAST CHANCE!!!

SPRING DANCE SHOWCASE! – Tickets will be sold in the quad TODAY, TUESDAY, May 30^th and WEDNESDAY, June 1^st, for only $5.00!

ENVIRONMENTAL CLUB! – There will be a meeting this TODAY in Room 110 during lunch. It’s our last meeting for this year, so don’t miss out!

HEY PANTHERS! – Soak up the sun while clearing up detentions at Huntington Beach TOMORROW. Meet at 11^th Street and PCH. Look for a blue tent with Surf rider. Any question, see an Environmental Club Member. It starts at 8:00am, so don’t be tardy for the beach party!

SENIORS! – Looking for a great graduation keepsake that doesn’t cost a fortune? Well look no further! You can purchase a ceramic mug or orange aluminum water bottle with the names of your entire class and an OHS logo printed on it. They sell for $10 now…but will go up to $12. To see a sample or place an order, stop by Room 108. Pre-orders must be placed by FRIDAY, May 28^th!

ATTN: ALL ATHLETES! – Physical Books are now available for $1.00 in Ms. Bloom’s office, out in PE. Physical Night will by June 8^th from 4:45-6:45 in the cafeteria. Physical will cost $20.00!

GRAD NITE TICKETS!!! – TODAY is the last day to purchase your ticket for $100. TUESDAY, prices will increase to $110! Tickets are on sale TODAY in the Quad during lunch.

VERY IMPORTANT!!! – SENIORS, Listen up!!! If you owe a school fine or fee, it MUST be paid by JUNE 11^th!!! There is a list posted in the display case by the Attendance Office. If your name is there, you owe a fine. Remember…CASH ONLY!!!

YEARBOOK DISTRIBUTION AND SIGNING PARTY! – Will be on THURSDAY, June 10^th afterschool from 3-4pm in the dome! Tickets are $2 at the door. Yearbook accessories, including protective book covers and autograph pages will be sold for $3 each. 2007, 2008 and 2009 books will be sold for $50 each. Don’t have a book yet? You can purchase your book there for $100, but there is a limited supply, so these will be sold on a first-come first-serve basis! Remember…CASH ONLY!!!!

SENIORS!!! – Yearbooks from 2007, 2008 and 2009 will be available for a special low price TODAY ONLY! These books will only cost $25 each or all THREE for $60. Stop by Room 502…if you are interested.

MATH TUTORING: - Don’t know a hippopotamus from a hypotenuse? There is tutoring help available in all levels of math, from Algebra to Calculus. Just stop by Room 311 at 3:00!
