Registration Documents for McPherson’s Registration Day - On August 11th |

Below, you will find links to the registration papers that will need to be downloaded, completed and returned to McPherson. The first document is your check off sheet. Please following the directions on the checkoff sheet. If you require any assistance, or if we can answer any questions to make our registration process friendlier, please let us know.
(Please REMEMBER these documents are not OUSD district documents. If you are new to McPherson, you should have filled out your district documents and returned them to McPherson. The documents below are McPherson document’s to be filled out by EVERY McPherson student) |

PLEASE NOTE - UNLESS YOU HAVE ADOBE PROFESSIONAL, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SAVE YOUR FORMS, BUT WILL BE ABLE TO PRINT THEM. PRINT THEM OUT BEFORE YOU MOVE TO THE NEXT FORM. IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE DOWNLOADING THE FORMS BELOW, YOU MAY NEED TO INSTALL THE FREE ADOBE READER AT:
TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR OUR PARENTS, WE HAVE INSTITUTED ONE SIGNATURE PAGE. PLEASE READ ALL MCPHERSON POLICY DOCUMENTS. After you and your student have read these policies, please sign the Signature Page and return to McPherson. Bring the signature page on these policies, and two emergency cards per student. (If you are new to McPherson, you will also fill out the second set of forms) You may keep all policies at home for future reference.
