Congratulations to the three Orange Unified administrative honorees for their hard work and dedication to the students and communities of the District.  These leaders exemplify the true meaning of excellence in education.   Each brings a unique style to their administrative assignment while serving as a significant role model to  students, staff, and community members.

Rachelle Morga
Executive Director, Elementary Education

Rachelle began serving the Orange Unified School District community as Executive Director of Elementary Education in July of 2003. Rachelle promotes success for all students by seeking to advocate, nurture, and sustain a school culture and an instructional program for every elementary school which are conducive to student learning and the professional growth of all staff. Rachelle holds a Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision from Cal State Northridge and a Bachelor’s degree in English from San Diego State University. She holds an Administrative Services credential, an Elementary Teaching credential and a CLAD certificate.

Randi Leach
Principal, Canyon Rim Elementary

Randi has served as Principal at Canyon Rim Elementary for the past six years. Randi has a vision and a passion that fuel her desire to serve children at the local school level where she serves as a positive role model for students and staff alike. She holds a Master’s degree in Special Education from USC and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA. Her service authorizations include an Administrative Services credential, an Elementary Teaching credential, and a Learning Handicapped Teaching credential.

Diane Tippets
Executive Secretary II, Educational Services

Diane currently serves as the Executive Secretary to the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services. The Orange Unified School District has been her employer for the past twenty four years. She has progressively expanded her professional experiences from noon supervisor, to instructional assistant, to school health clerk, to elementary school office manager, to administrative secretary, to Executive Secretary I, and finally to her current position. Diane strongly believes that “people may not always remember what you say, but they will always remember how you made them feel,” and strives to make a difference each day, by providing support services that make a difference in the operation of the schools.
